General Steps for Offer Submittal

Offers Requiring Financing:

• Buyer must fill out application

Cash Offers:

• Buyer must provide verification of funds along with offer to be submitted to bank

  General Information:

• Buyer must be pre-approved
• We will not return any calls or emails with questions that are answered within instruction sheets 
• Please do not submit any offers without following these instructions they will not be processed
• Please do not submit incomplete packages
• We do not know what the bank's "bottom line" is

Time Frame Expectations:

• No offers can be submitted until the property has been on the market for 72 hours 
• Once the bank responds to offer you will be notified, this could take 2 days to 2 weeks depending on bank's work load  
• Please do not call or email for status update, you will contacted throughout the process when new updates become available
