How to find Property Status including # of offers

For Property Availabilty Information:

• Please log into MLS in order to see property availability/status
• ALL properties listed on MLS have Metrolist lock boxes
• For out of area agents, please call (209) 834-2680 for combo codes

For Number of Offers on Property:

• Please log into www.REOofficemanager.com to see the number of offers on any given listing
  • Client ID:    rom1036
  • Login ID:    realtor
  • Password:  realtor
  • Once logged in please select the "Properties" tab on the left
  • Then type in the street name of your desired property
  • Click the "Load Properties"
  • Under "Status" you'll see "Offers" and you are able to view offers or add an offer
