General Steps for Offer Submittal Offers Requiring Financing:
* Buyer must fill out application
Cash Offers:
* Buyer must provide verification of funds along with offer to be submitted to bank
General Information:
* Buyer must be pre-approved
* We will not return any calls or emails with questions that are answered within instruction sheets
* Please do not submit any offers without following these instructions they will not be processed
* Please do not submit incomplete packages
* We do not know what the bank's "bottom line" is
Time Frame Expectations:
* No offers can be submitted until the property has been on the market for 72 hours
* Once the bank responds to offer you will be notified, this could take 2 days to 2 weeks depending on bank's work load
* Please do not call or email for status update, you will contacted throughout the process when new updates become available
